Madison County my big stretch of NC into TN is all covered in ice and snow. So as the temp's rise it will make it safer to get deeper and deeper into a section of the state that is often forgotten.
When last I stopped in the area I experienced a new dialect that almost knocked me off my feet. Sweet, dear folk... jest the ear shock from a short stop. the word YOU or you two or y'all meaning you all was
U uns...YOU's YOU ons... I can't even figure out how to phonetically spell it.
I can't wait to start this trip, but as for today the horses have several bails of hay to make it through the cold spell, although Sweet Pea wasn't shaking I was worried to death about her all night. No blanket! This is a first in such cold winds, but no shake no blanket in my mind. She will let me know if she needs it! If "she" doesn't her body will.
So instead I've taken this time to scan some maps, add more EMS safety stickers to my helmet (something every rider should be required to have), and RELAX something I haven't done in a long time. THUS... I am going to a movie with the hubby later. SO... Apparently Karma wants something else of me and I'm just going with the flow!
I'm here for a reason so what ever strikes me... I'm doing!
My love to the world
Amber.
